How we work

We want to provide the perfect bathroom for all our customers and that begins with listening to your requirements, wants and needs. From there, we will work with you and provide expert advice to match your requirements to the technical plan required to make it a reality. We offer a full design service that will ensure the use of space and final design is the best it can be.

Our transparent quoting means you will understand all costs upfront in addition to any contingency planning or other options.

From there, we will agree a start date with you, before which we will confirm the scope of works again if required.

We complete all the work ourselves, including plumbing, tiling, installation and removal of your old bathroom. We do occasionally subcontract electrical and plastering work if required to qualified, trusted tradesmen.

You will have peace of mind following completion of your project with our 2 year guarantee.
